sides are Chiron, Mercury, and Saturn. The corner prices of 1170, 1158, etc are key energy points

On 08 June 2004, some 122 years later, we saw the next Transit of Venus... may 9th will be exactly 122 years since inititial eruption of Krakatoa in 1883, which started with many earthquakes, just as they are experiencing this year. is the worst to come???
4/15/2005 12:54:01 PM Mountain Patents:: I still think that we are near a non-stochastic event in the stock markets. I do not know what the exogenous trigering event will be, but I now find myself too frequently checking the volcano and earthquake sites and it has not been a pretty picture of late.
4/15/2005 12:51:23 PM Mountain Patents:: I have been watching the USGS earthquake site and for some time Indonesian has been subject to repeated earthquakes, and not the aftershocks. Now all, and I mean all, of the volcanoes in the area are starting to get active. The gov't of Indonesia has upgraded the alert status on some of the volcanoes to their highest levels. After wathcing the Science Channel on the tube this past weekend with their new shows/reports on megaquakes and the Yellowstone Super Volcano, I am shopping for a fire retardant suit suitable for magma temperatures.
4/15/2005 12:48:22 PM Mountain mjs:: Another way to look at the BIG DEBT we have run up. 2000 was suppose to be a recession and crash (well it was on the Nasdaq) but the average Joe just sailed through. Sure we printed a ton of $$$ and had a 6-7% unemployment. But given the other option of a major recession or worse well the Greater Good was served. Now of course the Chickens may be coming home to roost. But if we go into a long term secular Bear like Japan did after the 1990s it won't be so horrible. Except for those of us into good balance sheets, strong earnings, less govt. etc. But really the liberal won't get anything either. It will just be slow like our velcroe moves.
4/15/2005 12:39:23 PM Mountain mjs:: Hey Patents: The Univ of Deli in India perdicted the Earthquakes in Dec to within 6 hrs and 100 km and told the Govt involved who said a false scare would hurt tourism. You can find it on the Web. it is a 400 yr cycle they tracked. On PPT most people pay no attention to the Int'l Bank of Settlements in Switzerland but it does all the balancing of foreign exchange buying and selling and Greenspan is one of its members. US got authority there after WW II. It is really what controls things internationally in finance because it allows or does not allow currency exchange. So you might be in Costa Rica and can't get their Colons exchanged to $$ because they do not have the exhange at the IBS to do it. And all you want is to get your $100 dollars of Colons changed back after a vacation of one or two weeks. Now if you are buying bulldozers it is a much bigger problem. By the way they have been selling gold keeping gold down so there is not benchmark for value.

I have run up against many vociferous denials of the existence of the PPT or coordination with the major market participants. 4/15/2005 11:25:53 AM Mountain mjs:: Re: PPT; I happen to be on contract with the US Treasury as International Banking Advisor so get sent out to look at central banks and their solvency etc. Just so you guys know in the Treasury Building in Wash D.C. they have "War Rooms" with 20 or 30 people in them full of computers watching FOREX, Dollar, Stock, action. Now I never asked if they traded but Ya Know I don't think they are doing all that to help out homeless people. Also. When I was at the SEC the Chief Fin analyst has a Brenner Chart on his wall and would point to it and say we are here going there. What's the saying: The man from the Govt is here to HELP YOU.

4/15/2005 10:11:32 AM Mountain TG:: I've got an interesting chart that shows the bubble and post bubble channel based on a regression of the Nikkei, Gold in the 70s, and the US market in the 1920s-30s. Nasdaq earlier this year looked like it was attempting and escape from that channel but now getting back inside. Not sure where I can post such a chart but it is interesting.
