The S&P Is Vulnerable
     Chaos Clinic for 12/09/2022

This daily chart of the S&P shows it is vulnerable to a decline into next year.
It shows the decline since January as being 6 out of 7 moves in a down Chaos Clamshell (CC).

Tracking these moves is aided by the EXMAs, a 200 day, and a 36 day.
Note that swings 2 and 4 had continuation sell signals as the 36 day curled over
and turned down below the 200 day.

The horizontal lines are vibration levels, 45 degrees apart. A 6 level CC would
take prices to about 3450, a 275 degree move. A 7 level CC would reach about
3450, a move of 315 degrees.

Of course, the suggested down move must be confirmed by the 36 day EXMA turning down.

12/9/2022 9:43:12 AM MT Al****:: this looks like a "hold it up while we distribute" pattern
so may decline later.
I'm leaving the clinic now- have a good weekend
12/9/2022 9:01:29 AM MT Al****:: stopped out of my MES at 4005
12/9/2022 7:01:16 AM MT Al****:: on the Secret->esnat72 chart you see a yellow vertical line
marking an expected high energy time. That came
just before the Producer Price Index showed inflation is still
a problem. From the early low near 19:30 Eastern on that chart to the yellow
line is a Chaos Clamshell. I posted a chart showing that in the Certified Chaos Trader's room BEFORE the PPI report.
I also sold 1 MES at 4016.886 - not in a hurry to cover it.

I love it when Market Astrophyics works and I'm not guessing
what the market is doing
12/9/2022 6:48:17 AM MT Al****:: Good Morning visitors. Welcome to the Chaos Clinic. The written Chaos Clinic is on the AUX page.

This site has a lot of charts,
so you may find it useful to have several of them available within your
browser. If you have a tabbed browser, you can open separate charts
in separate tabs by right clicking on any link, and selecting "open in new tab"
from the menu. The main list of site pages is at
Recommended pages to watch are SPKISS, MTRainbow, and Chat.
For astro stuff, add SPSunMoon, Wheel, and Chaos Clinic.
A special set of Dr. Al's research charts are on the Secret page.

Comments in the chat room are announced by a
"duck call" noise. This noise also occurs when the software detects a
resonant hex pattern on the Wheel page. MoonTide trading tutorials
are on the right side of the ListOfCharts page. One should
read Trading the MoonTide Tutorial and Keep it Simple as a minimum.

Many subscribers do not strictly trade the MoonTides, but use the charts on this
site as input to their own trading strategies. For example, charts 5 and 6 on the
SPKiss page are a good starting point for swing traders.

Also on this site is the Certified Chaos Trader's Room. That room is open
to graduates of my 4 main courses. See -> Courses for details.
