Course Agreement
This contract/agreement is made between Dr. Al Larson (hereafter
referred to as Larson), sole proprietor of the firm, MicroMedia,
of Denver, Colorado, and
___________________________________________________________
(hereafter referred to as THE STUDENT, residing in
_____________________________________________(city),
______________________________(state),
____________________________(Country).
When signed by both parties, this contract is binding on both parties
as stated below.
License
Whereas Larson has developed certain proprietary know how for
the determination of an energy field pattern in stock and commodity
markets, known as The Face Of God, and its use in said markets, considered
to be trade secrets, he represents that he has the right to grant
a license for their use to THE STUDENT. Larson grants THE STUDENT
the right to use these techniques for his personal welfare, or if
not disclosed to the recipients, the welfare of others. This non-exclusive
license of use is for the extent of THE STUDENT's natural life. License
is restricted to THE STUDENT, who may not sublicence the know how
without specific written permission of Larson. Larson will honor
a written request by THE STUDENT to sublicence one or more direct
descendants of THE STUDENT for a fee to be determined prior to the
consummation of such sublicence. The license is effective upon the
date of signing of this agreement.
The Face of God Course
As a means of conveying the knowhow, Larson will provide THE STUDENT
a complete study course, to include a textbook and a computer program
to generate said Face Of God pattern, called the Face of God Course
(hereafter referred to as "the course") on the knowhow, and follow
up consultation on the material and use of the pattern. The scope
of the course is to make available to THE STUDENT both proprietary
and supporting knowledge on the causes, determination of, and use
of energy flows in the stock and commodity markets. THE STUDENT may
not disclose any part of the material to anyone, without the specific
written consent of Larson. All materials transmitted during the
course will be treated by THE STUDENT as trade secret material. THE
STUDENT may take whatever written or recorded notes desired during
study of the course. Such notes will be considered part of the course
contents and the trade secret material. Larson will provide THE STUDENT
the course within 90 days of the signing of this agreement. Larson
will provide consultation on the understanding, use, and application
of the knowhow for the duration of the license. Larson's obligation
to furnish the course and consultation is subject to acts of God,
government decrees, or any other cause beyond Larson's control.
Title and Use of Knowhow
All proprietary knowhow will remain the personal property of Larson. Improvements
in the knowhow made by THE STUDENT will be shared with Larson for
the duration of the license. Information developed by THE STUDENT's
use of the knowhow will be communicated to Larson, but will be the
property of THE STUDENT.
Liability
Larson will not be liable for any damages, losses, or other events
suffered by THE STUDENT in connection with his application of this
knowhow.
Fees
THE STUDENT will pay a single lump sum fee of $3,600 prior to the
course or as arranged. The student understands that a graphic pattern,
such as THE FACE OF GOD, once captured by the student's mind, is forever
recorded there, and as such, represents a copy of the course material
which can never be returned. Therefore, the student understands that
the course fee is non-refundable, even if the license should be canceled.
Cancellation/Return
I understand that the Face of God Course is the trade secret property of Dr. Al Larson
and that I am acquiring a license to use this material in my private trading. I will not copy
the material or share it in any way with any other person. I understand that these secrets,
once communicated, are not returnable or refundable, and that failure to abide by this agreement
violates state, federal, and international trade secrecy laws.
The undersigned acknowledge that the knowhow is special, unique, and
of extraordinary character; that in the event of a breach of this
agreement the damages suffered would be difficult or impossible to
assess, that Al Larson or his successors shall be entitled to
institute and prosecute proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction,
either in law or in equity, to enforce the specific performance and/or
enjoin THE STUDENT from such violations, threatened or otherwise,
and to seek and collect damages therefore, including reasonable attorney
fees.
